NEW YORK, N.Y. — January 26, 2026 — First Citizens Bank announced today that its Sponsor Finance group provided a senior debt facility to Valor Exterior Partners, an Osceola Capital  portfolio company, to recapitalize the company and fund the acquisition of Landmark Exteriors.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Valor Exterior Partners is a leading provider of roofing and other exterior home services, primarily serving residential customers in the Northeastern, Mid Atlantic, and Midwestern United States. The partnership with Landmark marks Valor’s eighth acquisition since the platform’s launch in September 2024.
